Property is available for weekly rental during the summer and holidays and either weekly or monthly during the fall, winter and spring.

Summer and holidays (last two weeks of June through first two weeks of September; the week before and after Christmas/New Years and the weeks of Thanksgiving and Easter:  $2,700/week

Fall, Winter, Spring (last two weeks of September through first two weeks of June, excluding Holidays): 
$2,200/week
$1100/3- day weekend
$300/night midweek - 3 night minimum
