Property is available for weekly rental during the summer and holidays and either weekly or monthly during the fall, winter and spring.

Summer and holidays: June through first two weeks of September; the week before and after Christmas/New Years and the weeks of Thanksgiving and Easter:

Fall, Winter, Spring (last two weeks of September through last week of May, excluding Holidays): 

$2,200/week
$1100/3 - day weekend
$300/night midweek - 3 night minimum
